What the agent gets
- Call search by date, rep, team, keyword, opportunity, CRM field, or transcript content.
- Call details: the transcript, participants, scorecard results, and Attention’s AI-extracted insights for a single call.
- AI analysis across calls: Attention’s own analysis over up to 25 calls, or every call in a deal, in one request.
- Scorecards, teams, and reps, so the agent can name who was on a call and how it was scored.
Setup
Click Connect and pick one of two ways to sign in:- Sign in with Attention. Rippit registers itself automatically, so there is no client ID or client secret to create.
- Attention API key. An Attention admin creates a key under Settings → Organization → API Keys and pastes it in. It is the same key the Attention data integration uses.
Identity and scope
Signing in acts as that Attention user, and the agent sees only calls that user can see in Attention. An organization-level API key reads every team’s calls. If you share the connection organization-wide, everyone using the agent reads what that sign-in or key can see. Connect with an account or key whose calls you are comfortable exposing that way. Attention rate-limits each user or organization per second, per hour, and per day. When a limit is hit, the connection works again once that window resets.Tools
The main read tools are below. Manage tools on the connection card lists every tool your connection has. Enable a tool there if it is not already on.
Attention also offers tools that change your workspace: creating and editing scorecards, labels, teams, and users, managing API keys, and creating snippets. Some of them delete data. Turn those on in Manage tools only if you want the agent to take those actions.
