Connect Fullstory when what a customer says in a support conversation needs to be checked against what they actually did on your site or app: the page where they got stuck, the error behind a “the button doesn’t work” ticket, or the funnel step where complainers drop off. The Rippit agent finds the matching sessions in Fullstory, reviews them, and cites them in its answer.

What the agent gets

  • Session and user search, so the agent can find the sessions behind a customer or a complaint.
  • Session review: a map of the whole session first, then a closer look at the moments that matter, including network requests and console errors.
  • Metrics, funnels, and page analytics, plus your saved Fullstory library objects and spaces.
Fullstory adds tools over time. A connection picks up new tools when it reconnects, so Manage tools on the connection card is the authoritative list for your connection. The Opportunity Lookup tools need Fullstory’s StoryAI Premium.

Setup

In Rippit, open Connections → MCP Servers, choose Fullstory, and select one of these identity options:

Fullstory API key

In Fullstory, open Settings → Integrations → API Keys, click Create key, and choose the Standard permission level, the lowest level that works with the MCP server. Fullstory shows the key only once, so copy it straight into Rippit. An API-key connection is organization-wide. Use a dedicated key and keep its permission level as low as the agent needs.

Your Fullstory account

Choose OAuth to sign in to Fullstory and approve Rippit. Rippit registers itself automatically, so there is no client ID or client secret to create. An OAuth connection acts as the Fullstory user who authorized it and sees what that user can see.

Regions

This connector uses Fullstory’s North America server. If your Fullstory account is hosted in the EU, add https://api.eu1.fullstory.com/mcp/fullstory as a custom server instead.

Identity and scope

Every connection uses the Fullstory identity that authorized it or the API key it was given. If you share the connection organization-wide, everyone using the agent reads what that identity can see. Connect with an account or key whose data you are comfortable exposing that way.

Tools

When you enable the connection, each of its tools can be enabled / disabled. Tools can be bulk enabled or selected individually. The connection starts with only the tools Fullstory declares read-only. Turn others on in Manage tools only if you want the agent to take those actions.
