Before you start

  • Your Claude admin must have already added the Rippit connector. If you can’t find Rippit in the list below, that’s why. See Admin setup.
  • You need your own Rippit account.

Connect Rippit

  1. Open Claude and go to Settings > Connectors. You may be asked to navigate to the Customize page.
  2. Find Rippit in the connector list and click Connect. Your browser opens to app.rippit.com.
  3. Sign in if prompted and approve the consent screen.
  4. The connector shows as active in Claude. Set the Rippit tools to Always Allow for the smoothest experience.
  5. Start asking Rippit questions in Claude.

Asking good questions

Mention Rippit so Claude picks the right tools:
Rippit’s strength is judgment over transcripts, not just counting rows, so “why are customers frustrated about billing” gets more out of it than “count tickets tagged billing”. See What Rippit can do for AI assistants.
