Before you start
You must be an Admin for your Claude organization.Add the connector
- Open Claude and go to Settings > Connectors.
- Click Add custom connector.
- Enter a name (e.g.
Rippit) and the URLhttps://mcp.rippit.com/mcp. - Click Add.
What this does and doesn’t do
Adding the connector makes Rippit available to your organization. It does not connect anyone and it does not grant access to any data. Every user still signs in with their own Rippit account, and sees only what they could already see in Rippit, so each user needs a Rippit login before they can connect.Verify it works
If you have a Rippit account, run through End user setup yourself. Otherwise ask one user to test before you announce it.Next steps
