Claude Code - Rippit

Add the server

claude mcp add --transport http rippit https://mcp.rippit.com/mcp

Launch claude.
Type /mcp.
Select rippit, then choose Authenticate.
Sign in to Rippit in the browser window that opens and approve the consent screen.

Run /mcp again to confirm Rippit shows as connected. On a remote machine (SSH or a cloud workspace), Claude Code prints a sign-in link instead of opening a browser; copy it into a browser on your own computer.

Using it

Mention Rippit in your prompt so Claude Code picks the right tools:

Use Rippit to list my data sources.

Claude Code shares nothing with the Claude web and desktop apps: connectors added there don’t appear here, and vice versa. If you want Rippit in both, set up each one. See Claude Web / Desktop.
