Before getting started:
  1. Your Claude Admin must have already installed the connector.
  2. You must have a Rippit User Account and have a Rippit User Role of Admin.

Install the Rippit Connector

  1. Open Claude and go to Settings > Connectors. Note - You’ll be asked to navigate to the Customize page.
  2. Find Rippit in the connector list and click Connect. Your browser opens to app.rippit.com.
  3. Sign in if prompted and approve the consent screen.
  4. The Connector should now show as active in Claude. Update all Rippit tools to Always Allow for the smoothest experience.
    1. NOTE - If you get an error in Claude that reads “Authentication with the MCP server failed…”, attempt to connect again. This is a transient error on the Claude side.
  5. You’re all set! Start asking Rippit questions in Claude.
