- Your Claude Admin must have already installed the connector.
- You must have a Rippit User Account and have a Rippit User Role of Admin.
Install the Rippit Connector
- Open Claude and go to Settings > Connectors. Note - You’ll be asked to navigate to the Customize page.
- Find Rippit in the connector list and click Connect. Your browser opens to
app.rippit.com. - Sign in if prompted and approve the consent screen.
- The Connector should now show as active in Claude. Update all Rippit tools to Always Allow for the smoothest experience.
- NOTE - If you get an error in Claude that reads “Authentication with the MCP server failed…”, attempt to connect again. This is a transient error on the Claude side.
- You’re all set! Start asking Rippit questions in Claude.
