Bulk Ingest API

The Bulk Ingest API skill (rippit-bulk-ingest-api) is an agent skill: a set of instructions your assistant loads when you ask it to send data into Rippit. It turns the Ingest API into a guided conversation. Tell it where your data lives and it handles the rest:

Token. Shows you where to create an API token, then has you paste it into a private file on your computer, so it never goes into the chat.
Check. Confirms the token works and the Ingest API is enabled for your workspace.
Test upload. Writes the upload script, runs it on 10 conversations or 1,000 rows, and shows you what was written and what was rejected.
Full upload. Once you’ve checked the test in Rippit, sends everything, then offers to put it on a schedule.

The skill needs an assistant that can run code on your computer, such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor. In a chat-only assistant, it writes the script and you run it.

Start a new session and ask it to send your data to Rippit. To update, run the same command again.

Save the skill file as SKILL.md in a folder named rippit-bulk-ingest-api.
Zip the folder.
In Claude, open Settings, then Capabilities, and upload the zip under Skills.

Most assistants that support agent skills read them from a skills folder in your project or home directory. Save the skill file as rippit-bulk-ingest-api/SKILL.md in that folder.Without skills support, paste this into your assistant instead:
