# End User Activation Instructions

> Use the Rippit MCP connector inside Claude.

Before getting started:

1. Your Claude Admin must have already installed the connector.
2. You must have a Rippit User Account and have a Rippit User Role of Admin.

## Install the Rippit Connector

1. Open Claude and go to **Settings** > **Connectors**. Note - You'll be asked to navigate to the **Customize** page.
2. Find Rippit in the connector list and click **Connect**. Your browser opens to `app.rippit.com`.
3. Sign in if prompted and approve the consent screen.
4. The Connector should now show as active in Claude. Update all Rippit tools to **Always Allow** for the smoothest experience.
   1. NOTE - If you get an error in Claude that reads "Authentication with the MCP server failed...", attempt to connect again. This is a transient error on the Claude side.
5. You're all set! **Start asking Rippit questions in Claude.**
