# Route product feedback to your roadmap

> Turn feature requests and product friction from support conversations and sales calls into a ranked list for your product team.

Rippit reads every support conversation and sales call, so product feedback arrives as a ranked list with evidence, not as the three requests someone remembered to post in Slack.

## Ask Rippit

```text wrap theme={null}
From the last 30 days of support conversations and sales calls, what are customers asking for that we don't offer, and where is the product getting in their way? Rank by how many customers raised each, and split by customer segment.
```

To answer, Rippit can:

* Recognize feedback nobody labeled as feedback: a workaround, a complaint, or a "can it do this?" question.
* Merge the same request described different ways into one item, and count the customers behind it.
* Break items down by your conversation attributes, such as customer segment or product area.
* Check each item against existing issues in [Linear](/agentic-chat/connectors/linear) or [Jira](/agentic-chat/connectors/jira-confluence), when connected, so you see what's new and what's already tracked.

Ask Rippit for customer quotes and conversation links under each item, so product can judge the request in the customer's own words.

To get the digest every week without asking, turn the question into an [Agent App](/plg/agent-apps) that posts it to your product channel in Slack.
